The Ria Group currently has two branches in Olhão in Vila Real de Santo António. Ria Group’s constitution is based on three values: transparency, seriousness and professionalism.

We give our owners the membership number and PIN to access their bank account, allowing them to monitor the management of their condominium.

At the service of our owners is guaranteed legal support to issues related to the condominium and mediation of conflicts between the owners. Partnerships that are also established with insurers, elevator maintenance services and cleaning companies offer you the certainty that high quality standards are being met.

The Ria Group has contracted with Companhia de Seguros Fidelidade a liability insurance with a guaranteed capital of € 20,000.00 per claim. In other words, claims made by us in the condominium are guaranteed to be repaired through this policy.
